Job Description
The Claims Support / Service Officer III role provides high‑volume administrative support and plays an integral role in supporting national and regional business partners. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation while delivering a consistently strong customer experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, respond promptly to inquiries, and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to improve the speed and quality of internal operations. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast‑paced, changing environment while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
High School Diploma (mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Proficiency with Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, and judgment
Comfortable managing sensitive/confidential information
Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
Willing to work onsite 5 days/week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Typing speed: 40–60 WPM
Insurance industry knowledge
Strong critical thinking skills
Post-secondary education
