Job Description
The Senior Manager, Client Success has the mandate on managing client
relationships, growing a portfolio of accounts, and closing new business. The position works
closely with advisors, plan administrators, and internal teams to understand client needs,
deliver group benefits solutions, and support ongoing account management while meeting
sales and retention goals.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver measurable client success outcomes using creative, innovative approaches
● Manage the entire sales cycle and grow a designated portfolio of client accounts
● Achieve sales results and close new business opportunities
● Analyze client needs and providing tailored solutions
● Building and maintain the advisor and Plan Administrator relationship
● Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets
● Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals
● Provide ongoing reporting, group management and foster relationship to advance
sales with existing customers
● Track all sales activities in CRM and report to senior management team
● Provide suggestions and guidance to the technical/operations team
● Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years work experience in a similar role such as insurance or group benefits or
client services
● Bilingual proficiency in written and oral communication
● Post-secondary in relevant field of study
● Demonstrated knowledge of group benefits and related products
● Able to interpret and understand of complex contracts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
● Creative and innovative approach to problem solving with the ability to make
decisions, being results oriented
● Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills while consistently projecting a professional
image and demeanor
● Maintains a positive attitude and collaborates effectively as a team player with both
internal and external stakeholders
● Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
● GBA Designation an asset
