Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Guidewire Integration Engineer to join our team during an exciting cloud transformation journey. You will work within an Extreme Programming (XP) environment, collaborating closely with a dedicated pair programmer to deliver sprint-based deliverables across our policy and broker integration systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
∙ Design, build, and deliver integration solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter, including connections to broker management systems and producer/portal applications
∙ Participate in pair programming sessions as part of an XP-based development model, contributing to shared ownership and continuous knowledge transfer
∙ Deliver sprint commitments with a high degree of technical ownership and accountability
∙ Collaborate with engineers across the team to support the Guidewire Cloud transformation
∙ (Senior) Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making for complex problem use cases
∙ (Senior) Engage with stakeholders to align on architectural approaches and course corrections as needed

Required Skills & Experience
∙ Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter integrations
∙ Experience working with broker management systems (Applied, Epic, or similar)
∙ Familiarity with CSIO standards and broker-facing integration compliance requirements
∙ Cloud-native development skills (cloud migrations, cloud-native architecture)
∙ Understanding of microservices architecture and API/integration gateway patterns
∙ Knowledge of security guidelines and software best practices within cloud environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
∙ Guidewire integration certification
∙ Experience with Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (PolicyCenter)
∙ Background in cloud platform migrations
∙ Prior exposure to producer engagement portals
