Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Associate Director of Clinic Operations to join a growing healthcare team. This role will provide operational leadership across multiple clinics and support the implementation of new initiatives. The Associate Director of Clinic Operations will oversee day-to-day operations in Ontario, Manitoba, and virtual clinics, ensuring efficiency and compliance. They will collaborate with senior leadership to drive clinic growth, profitability, and patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing scheduling, and supporting onboarding and training programs. The role requires prior experience in healthcare operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner, Meditech, Oscar, PS Suite, and Accuro is essential. The successful candidate will play a critical role in streamlining processes and improving overall clinic performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in clinic management or healthcare operations (primary care experience strongly preferred).
*this does not include rehab clinics, dental, ophthalmology (this is not preferred)
- Minimum 3 years in supervising clinic coordinators, medical office assistants (MOAs), and physicians while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to clearly convey decisions and updates across teams.
- Skilled in scheduling, onboarding, training, and resource allocation for physicians and staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EMR systems such as Cerner, Meditech, Oscar, PS Suite, and Acura; comfortable with hybrid/virtual work environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Program Implementation: Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new healthcare initiatives
- Orientation: Collaborative, adaptable, and culturally aligned — thrives in a team environment without conflict or isolation telemedicine, Indigenous health programs).
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to commute to multiple Ontario clinic locations and occasional travel to Manitoba (1–2 times per year).
