Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Service Integration SME to lead the service integration and automation strategy for migrating containerized applications and database services from on-prem Kubernetes to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). This role is pivotal in designing the DevSecOps integration framework, implementing infrastructure provisioning through IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Ansible), and establishing secure, scalable service integrations between middleware, databases, and Azure-native services

Required Skills & Experience
68 years of experience in application service integration, DevSecOps, and cloud automation roles.
· Proficiency in Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, and Ansible for deploying and managing infrastructure and services on Azure.
· Strong hands-on experience integrating middleware (Tomcat, JBoss, ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis) with cloud platforms.
· In-depth knowledge of AKS, container orchestration, and microservice-to-service integration patterns.
· Experience integrating Azure native services including Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Private DNS, Application Gateway, Azure API Management, and Azure AD.
· Strong understanding of RESTful API design and consumption, including authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, tokens, certificates).
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
· Working knowledge of networking concepts (VNet, subnet, NSGs, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers) and IAM integration strategies (RBAC, group policies).
· Ability to create detailed integration architecture, automation blueprints, and reusable artifacts.
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400) or HashiCorp Terraform Certification.
· Experience with security scanning tools, policy enforcement, and compliance (e.g., Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud).
· Prior experience in large-scale Kubernetes or AKS migration and automation projects.
· Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and API Gatewa
