Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Sourcing & Operations Specialist for an 8‑month contract with probable extension, supporting a top global technology company in a fully remote role across the United States or Canada (PST). This position will primarily support operations-focused sourcing efforts across logistics, warehousing, robotics, and emerging technology categories, including equipment, lifts, and automation tools. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support contracting activities, supplier follow-ups, data analysis, and execution of sourcing strategies.
Day-to-day, this individual will support sourcing execution by managing multiple trackers, assisting with RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, following up with suppliers, reviewing and analyzing supplier inputs, and supporting contracting workflows. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable learning independently, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Exposure to robotics and new technology categories, such as robotics, drones, tugs, and automation equipment is a strong plus!

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement coordination, vendor operations, or a similar support function
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple trackers and systems simultaneously
- Experience supporting RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes with an understanding of sourcing workflows
- Ability to follow up with suppliers and support contracting and rate analysis
- Proactive self-starter who learns independently and asks the right questions
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
- Comfort supporting sourcing for services and operational categories (e.g., logistics, warehousing, operations support and equipment)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with frequent change
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Exposure to robotics, automation, or emerging technology categories
-Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, or operational sourcing initiatives
- Familiarity with legal or contract review concepts
- Experience using Tableau for monitoring or reporting
- Curiosity about and comfort adopting AI-enabled tools or workflows
- Experience supporting hyperscalers or data center–related environments
