Insight Global is seeking a Sr QA Analyst to join a top insurance client on a 6 month contract. This resource you will be partnering with leadership to shape processes, build documentation, and design dashboards using tools like Jira and ServiceNow. This role is a 50/50 split between guiding team members through QA processes and hands-on testing (currently manual, with a roadmap toward automation).

10+ years of experience as a QA with experience leading projects
Proven ability to build QA processes and documentation from the ground up
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD environments
Expert with QA dashboards and tools: Jira, ServiceNow, plus ability to recommend others
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with Genesys or other telephony platforms
Background in insurance or understanding of call flow logic
