Insight Global is looking for a Vice President of Business Enablement for a lead human capital management client. This person will be responsible for setting and delivering on Product Enablement strategy working with cross functional teams to implement industry best practices and key organizational objectives. Day to day includes leading successful delivery of all activities relating to the product release cycle, measuring and capturing all stakeholder feedback, partnership with key stakeholders for input on strategy and road mapping, orchestrating efforts of cross functional teams to execute on on strategic system launches, and communication of timelines and approvals for cross team understanding. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead digital management, tool and technology leadership, client engagement model enablement, and provide clearly defined measurable department and individual goals and objectives.

-Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience
-15+ years of relevant product/technology experience including strategic planning, budgeting, operations, and analytics
-Hands-on experience identifying opportunities, researching & analyzing emerging issues and developing strategic responses.
-Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing high value end to end large business transformation programs from conception through implementation across a variety of stakeholders and functions.
-Change leadership taking an organization through significant transformation
-Reasonable proficiency with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
