Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership and support to team members.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Hospitality underwriting.
Lead team performance through coaching, development, and performance appraisals.
Conduct risk assessments and underwriting tasks within established guidelines.
Coach brokers and enhance underwriting capabilities.
Maintain portfolio profitability through risk analysis and recommendations.
Negotiate policy terms and rates with clients.
Foster positive relationships with brokers and promote business development.
Ensure proper file documentation and technical knowledge development.
Support team innovation and collaboration.
