Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a forward-thinking Integration Leader to drive modernization and scalability across an HR Tech SaaS platform for one of our large HCM clients. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to transform how integrations are delivered and position the organization for future growth.
You will lead the modernization of the client integration ecosystem and set the strategic direction for how the organization goes to market. This includes shifting from custom, per-client builds to reusable middleware patterns and pre-built connectors, reducing build times and enabling scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
-Define and execute integration strategy to move from bespoke builds to scalable, repeatable solutions and “configuration over code.”
-Modernize the stack and approach by recommending tools (e.g., iPaaS, open-source) and patterns to re-architect integrations for reuse and many-to-one connectivity.
-Join client calls and support large deal discussions, translating technical concepts into business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
-Lead and mentor technical teams, driving adoption of new architectures and integration practices.
-Collaborate with Finance and leadership to build business cases for modernization investments and manage budgets and resource planning.
-Oversee the full integration lifecycle—from discovery and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance—while balancing delivery priorities across product-led and client-specific initiatives.
-Establish governance standards for APIs, data mappings, SLAs, and incident response; ensure compliance with HR data privacy and security requirements.
-Monitor integration performance, analyze trends, and lead root-cause investigations for incidents.
-Design phased migration strategies for existing clients while enabling new client onboarding at scale.
-Own a line of business, providing direction, outcomes, and performance management across your integration portfolio.
