Job Description
We are seeking an execution-focused Product Marketing Specialist to support product marketing initiatives across the Canadian market. This role will be responsible for updating and localizing product messaging, maintaining sales and marketing collateral, supporting digital content updates, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Day to Day:
• Update and localize product messaging, sales collateral, and digital content for the Canadian market.
• Maintain marketing assets including presentations, sell sheets, PDFs, website content, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with Canadian and U.S. stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with business, legal, and compliance teams.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver projects on time and to standard.
• Maintain content repositories and publishing workflows, including Seismic and SharePoint.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Support market research and identify insights to inform marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, marketing coordination, or content execution.
• Experience updating product messaging, sales collateral, and digital assets.
• Experience working with creative agencies or external vendors.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting website/content updates and publishing workflows.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter who can ramp quickly and work with minimal direction.
• Tools & Platform experience with Seismic, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (including Copilot, PowerPoint, PDF Editing Tools, Canva

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Haves
• Experience in HCM, HR technology, Workforce Management, or Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with the Canadian market and content localization.
• Experience managing translation workflows.
Bilingual (English/French).
