Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Manhattan Scale consultant to join the team. his individual will play a critical role in supporting multiple customer implementations and enhancement initiatives, with a strong focus on testing, configuration, and solution delivery across both ongoing Demand Requests (DRs) and new customer startups.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in SCALE 2022 environments. This role offers exposure to a variety of customer projects and provides an excellent opportunity for long-term growth as the organization continues its migration to Manhattan Active.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with Manhattan SCALE 2022.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across multiple customer accounts, balancing project-based startup activities and ongoing Demand Requests (DRs).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Manhattan Active or experience participating in migration initiatives.
