Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will be in charge of a team of 40 individuals including supervisors, project managers, millwrights, electricians, and apprentices. This person is in charge of making sure the manufacturing, automation, logistics, and packaging systems used to produce and package solid-dose pharmaceuticals (tablets and capsules) run safely, reliability and efficiently, and meet quality standards. They lead a team that maintains machines, prevents breakdowns, and improves how things run. They also help solve problems when something goes wrong and make sure everything follows government and industry standards (cGMP, HC, FDA, and EU regulations).

Required Skills & Experience
• A background in maintenance or trades.
○ Ideally a degree in engineering or any relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience working with manufacturing equipment in pharma, cosmetics, or automotive manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineers and tradespeople.
• Good at delegating, solving problems creatively, and motivating others.
○ Can handle interpersonal issues when they arise.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
○ This is an exception for any automotive candidates.
Experience dealing with regulatory inspections.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Tier 1 - pharma companies (i.e. GSK, teva, Apotex) or cosmetics companies
Tier 2 - high-functioning food and beverage companies (i.e. mondelez)
Tier 3 (NOT INTERESTED) - makes cookies, naan bread - not the same level as demand
