Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a DLP Consultant to join a large payments client on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will join the security operations team and be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to DLP Alerts/events to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, leakage, or loss. Experience with MS Purview for DLP, security frameworks, and MS Defender is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of proven professional experience in Cyber Security and DLP within medium-large enterprises
- Experience with DLP technologies such as Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview (formerly AIP), Forcepoint, or Digital Guardian.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Understanding of data classification, encryption, and secure data handling practices using MS Defender for endpoint, email gateway encryption, and cloud
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for documentation and liaising with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, or equivalent
