Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Must have strong experience with civil, architecture, and structural engineering
- Experience with managing Big Box, Industrial, Storage and Manufacturing Facilities
- Manage project budget, bi-monthly cost budget forecast and all required and regulated project documents
- Plan, look ahead, schedule and endeavour to ensure that schedules are kept and the job is completed on time
- Experience with managing Structural Steel and Precast projects/ builds
- Ensure the work is performed in accordance with the drawings, specification, budget and local codes
- Review quality control of work performed by trades and quality assurance that work is as per drawings, specifications and budget
- Attend meetings with owner, architect, Hady team members, city inspectors, utility representatives, Ministry of Labour representatives and other project stakeholders
- Experience negotiating, planning, scheduling, and managing contract requirements of owner and all subcontractors
- Ensure Site Superintendent is maintaining "As-Built" drawings, Daily Logs and Daily Safety Inspection Logs, Tickets and Purchase Orders as require
- Arrange for regular testing and inspection for, and not limited to, footing bearing, concrete strength, structural steel and deck, roofing, etc., as required
- Arrange for municipal building inspections as required by code
- Manage the purchase and ordering of approved materials for the job site
- Assist in closing permits, closing documents and releases of Letters of Credit and Deposits
- Supervisor Awareness in 5 Basic Steps Certification
- WHIMS/ GHS 2105 Certification

- Working at Heights Certification
- Standard First Aid AED Certification
