Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehousing Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. This role ensures inventory is properly received, organized, and dispatched in a timely and safe manner, supporting overall supply chain operations.

This role will have an estimated annual salary of $60k-$67k CAD.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain organized and clean storage areas to optimize space and ensure safety.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Update inventory management systems with accurate data.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
4+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
Forklift certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
