Job Description

This candidate will be in charge of leading a team of 5-6 software resources through integration of a repeat automation line. This involves approximately 60% of PLC coding and the remainder 40% will be project management focused working to delegate tasks and help lead the project and make high level technical decisions supporting the other lead on the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience within PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- 2 years of project management experience
- 2-3 years of experience leading a team and strong leadership capabilities
- OEM background working on machine build issues, production, and/or maintenance issues
- Experience leading a team and strong leadership capabilities
