Insight Global is looking for a Senior Service Representative to join the Payment Services Team for one of the Top Canadian Banks. This Individual will need to have 1-2 years of experience as a service representative experience. This ideal individual will check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will need to have knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements, along with excellent customer service skills.

-1-2 years of relevant experience dealing with registered & payment services or relevant experience
-Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
-PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Very comfortable communicating with clients and senior management via MS Teams and Email
-Previous experience using ADP Broadridge application
