Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an Operations Associate to support one of Canada’s largest banking institutions during its peak season. This role is part of the Retail and Transfers team and plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process a variety of financial transactions with precision and timeliness.
-Update and maintain client records in internal systems.
-Generate and analyze financial reports to support operational decisions.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
-Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—errors may result in financial impact.

-Proven experience in documentation review and data integrity.

-Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings.
