Insight Global is looking for a Senior Service Representative to join the Payment Services Team for one of the Top Canadian Banks. This Individual will need to have 1-2 years of experience. The ideal Individual will check and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. They will need to have knowledge of registered products in Canada, such as TFSA and RSP. RESP. RRIF.

Required Skills & Experience
-Registered plan experience, knows different types of plans in Canada such as TFSA, RSP, RRIF, LIRA, LIF, RESP, etc.
-Can explain how register plans differ & are used, their purpose and understand contributions/withdrawals
-PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Very comfortable communicating with clients and senior management via MS Teams and Email
-Previous experience using ADP Broadridge application
