Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will oversee millwrights, electricians, welders, and apprentices as they adhere to quality and productivity standards. Responsible for coordinating all internal and external repairs, managing training, scheduling and tracking hours, and maintaining equipment and tooling for optimal efficiency and quality standards. The maintenance supervisor will track performance metrics, support cross-functional teams, conduct safety inspections and lead accident investigations.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of skilled trade work experience in manufacturing
Certified tradesman (millwright or industrial electrician)
• 442A or 443A
5+ years related experience and exposure to: pneumatics, hydraulics, plant services, building structures, power presses, robotics, and automation
1-2 years supervisory experience
Exceptional safety record
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Automotive experience
