CyberArk Administrator

Insight Global is looking for a CyberArk Administrator to join a large banking client on an 11-month contract working hybrid in Scarborough or Barrie 2 days/week. The successful candidate will support a Privileged Access Management (PAM) team focused on CyberArk initiatives across multiple ongoing projects and BAU activities. This individual will contribute to key initiatives such as account onboarding, MFA migration, system enhancements, and increasing adoption of secure session brokering.
Primary responsibilities include managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud environments, onboarding and maintaining privileged accounts, creating and managing safes and permissions, and handling daily ServiceNow ticket requests. The candidate will also support projects like migration from RSA to MFA (including UbiKeys), onboarding mainframe and non-production accounts, and participating in UAT testing of forms. Additionally, the role involves analyzing usage data, identifying trends, and helping improve adoption and operational efficiency within CyberArk.

• 3–5+ years of experience working as a CyberArk Administrator within medium to large enterprises
• Strong experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud (latest versions) including:
○ Account onboarding
○ Safe creation and permission management
• Experience working with ServiceNow for ticket management (handling ~30+ tickets/day in a queue-based environment)
• Experience supporting PAM lifecycle activities and managing accounts in a secure “managed state”
• Exposure to authentication technologies including MFA, RSA, and UbiKeys
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication skills, self-sufficiency, and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working in the financial services industry
• Experience supporting large-scale migrations or PAM adoption initiatives
• Familiarity with session brokering / privileged session management tools within CyberArk
