Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring all Safety policy and procedures are consistently being followed, all products pass Quality Control testing, and Lean Tools and Concepts are continuously deployed and sustained within their areas of responsibility. This person will be doing process checks and looking at sub-assembly and printer heads. The machines they will work on are 5 station builds and at each station they will take a look and make sure nothing is wrong. Once all stations are good, they will do an end of line check (fully power machines, run bags through it and make sure it’s working.)
Other responsibilities may include:
• Verification of product quality and adherence to engineering specifications / work instructions
• Collect and report all Quality metrics Using Microsoft forms
• Communicate all defects found during the QC inspection process to operations team members
• Layered auditing sign off on critical to quality projects
• Appropriate use of QC stamps and quality approval
• Participate in weekly Quality Team meetings
• Root cause investigation
• Incoming product inspection
• End of Line product inspection
• Assist operations in team training
• Sustain 5S+Safety standards, and consistently eliminate waste within department

Required Skills & Experience
• Highschool Diploma
• 2+ years of hands-on relevant experience
• Strong electrical background
• Experience using a multimeter
• Experience looking at schematics and drawings
• Experience conducting quality tests/checks on products or materials to ensure standards are met
• Strong communication
