Salary: $100K-$165K+, depending on experience
Relo package available.

Company Overview:
Insight Global’s client in Tulsa is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license or someone eligible to obtain it within 3 months. The office primarily supports transportation projects (80%), with the remainder in oil & gas, power, and water.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead geotechnical projects and coordinate with internal/external teams
Provide oversight on engineering design, proposals, and project management
Review and guide junior staff on geotechnical calculations and design
Ensure constructible designs, timely delivery, and clear client communication
Manage resources, subcontractors, and client relationships
Write proposals and manage projects from start to finish
Project types: 80% transportation (roads, bridges, airports), 20% commercial (pipelines, refineries, water/wastewater, towers)
Office-based role (90%) with some field visits
Technical oversight of foundation design
Light business development (≤10%) focused on client engagement

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of geotechnical experience (open to junior candidates)
PE license or ability to obtain Oklahoma PE within 6 months
1+ year of project management experience in transportation
Strong background in geotechnical design: slope stability, foundations, retaining walls, earthwork, pavement design
Experience writing proposals, managing teams, and subcontractors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Business development experience and proposal writing
Master’s degree in geotechnical engineering
Strong technical and project management blend
