This role will be accountable for the implementation of existing document control specifications and tracking contractor and vendor deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (recording revisions, revision purposes, distribution and transmittal histories). Overall they will be meeting with the project team, networking, and know when to reach out of right and/or missing information during these meetings. This individual will be responsible for the reliability, retrievability and traceability of the project data. The ideal candidate is well versed in processing incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner as well as generating and updating each supplier's and contractor's Master Deliverables Register (e.g., incoming, outgoing and squad checking processes).

3-5 years direct experience vendor document management in the oil and gas industry (Upstream and Midstream), regulated and nonregulated
Strong experience in navigating within Oracle Aconex
Strong attention to detail, ability to build rapport, and positive attitude
