Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Survey Interviewer to gather guest feedback and insights across various areas of our casino operations. This role is essential to enhancing the guest experience, informing marketing strategies, and supporting operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with diverse guests on the casino floor, accurately recording responses, and maintaining discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approach and engage casino guests to participate in surveys about their experience, preferences, and satisfaction
• Conduct surveys in-person using tablets or mobile devices, or via phone/email follow-ups
• Follow standardized scripts and survey protocols to ensure consistency and data integrity
• Accurately record responses and input data into casino systems or survey platforms
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest interactions
• Collaborate with marketing, guest services, and analytics teams to share findings
• Meet daily quotas
Compensation:
$30/h.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy casino environment
• Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and mobile data entry
• Patience

Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or data collection
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Understanding of casino operations and guest service standards
