Job Description

Position Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Financial Services Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business analysis skills to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization, and data management.
Financial Services Cloud Support: Provide specialized support for the Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce features and functionalities.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Compensation:
$40/hr to $43/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

-3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
-Experience Financial Services Cloud.
-Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
-Business Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
-Bachelors Degree
