Job Description

The Receiving Clinic Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse operations. This position is responsible for reviewing incoming materials with discrepancies (frustrated material) that have been pre-identified, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation: $20/hr and up based on experience Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include available request.

Required Skills & Experience

• Inspect and verify incoming parts and materials for accuracy in paperwork, part numbers, and documentation.
• Organize and escalate any discrepancies (incorrect paperwork, part numbers, etc.) to the proper internal groups.
• Log issues related to frustrated material (parts with documentation or identification problems) and track resolution progress.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve material issues promptly and accurately.
• Confirm resolutions and ensure proper documentation updates in the system.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all escalated issues.
• Warehouse experience (e.g., picker/packer, material handling, or similar roles).
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle frustrated material and follow escalation procedures.
• Minimum 5 years of solid job history in relevant roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Degree not required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• SAP experience (highly desirable).
Experience in logging and tracking issues within ERP systems.
