Job Description
An employer is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This position pays from $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and additional certifications.
In this role, the PM would be responsible for:
• Act as lead for Tinker AFB programs managing 100% design efforts as well as the day to day operations of the program.
• Serve as primary client interface for Tinker AFB stakeholders
• Help coordination with Prime contract partners on site
• Supervise and mentor engineers and construction management professionals
• Develop and lead task order proposals, including pricing and execution planning
• Oversee task order delivery (scope, schedule, budget, QA) across multiple projects
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and company policies
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and leadership
• Assist on other programs nationwide of similar scope and size, as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering
• Must be a Registered Architect or Licensed Professional Engineer
o Can be considered if licenses are obtainable within 6 months
• Must have 5+ years of experience in managing engineering projects for DOD clients
