Insight Global is searching for a Construction Project Manager to join a large company in Oklahoma City, OK.
The job involves managing the design and construction of generation, transmission, substation, and distribution projects, ensuring they adhere to budget, schedule, and scope. Responsibilities include project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, scope management, risk management, monitoring, and reporting. The role requires handling varied and complex tasks independently, resolving problems, identifying opportunities for innovation, and making decisions related to job responsibilities. Essential functions include overseeing large or complex projects, ensuring compliance with policies, managing project funding, developing project plans, coordinating activities, collaborating with departments, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. The position demands strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and business needs.
Compensation:
$40-50/hr.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, or Construction with 5 years of experience, or
Associate's degree with 9 year of experience, or
Highschool diploma with 12 years of experience
- Construction project management experience
Experience overseeing the design, construction, and commissioning of large or complex projects
Experience managing projects with million dollar budgets with high complexity and risk
