An employer is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. This position pays from $35-$40/hr depending on experience and additional certifications.
In this role, the PM would be responsible for:
Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium engineering or construction projects or large routine projects
Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
Coordinate workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
Establish client relations, and be involved with design and production meetings
Conduct work sessions for design development in conjunction with other staff
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
Support the other disciplines as needed.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Bachelors degree in any architecture, engineering, or construction degree
- Experience within engineering/construction, with some PM experience within this time.
- Ability to pass a BG check and obtain a CAC card
- Knowledge of codes
* Federal construction experience
