An Insight Global client is looking for an Admin. Assistant to join their team in support of their federal contract at Tinker Air Force Base. In the role of Project Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:
Coordinate Project Management activities, resources, equipment and information
Ensure accurate and updated data for all design and construction projects are uploaded and kept current in the Air Forces NexGen IT (Tririga) database and errors are monitored for correction
Provide training on NexGen to all new Project Managers and Inspectors and training to the entire staff when new updates/required fields are added by the government in this system
Provide Quality Control (QC) review of design Ready to Advertise (RTA) package before delivery to Contracting
Provide QC review of Design and Construction folders following completion of packages
Provide QC review of final Purchase Request (PR) packages for construction projects in closeout
Perform as alternate for the Base Utility Outage & Closure Coordinator
Alternate custodian for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) inventory
Alternate custodian for ITAM (computer/printer) inventory
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned such as, but not limited to, mail pick-up and office supply inventory

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Project Management experience from cradle to grave
Solid organizational skills including multi-tasking, attention to detail, self-starter and time-management
Strong client-facing skills
