A Level 2 Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for analyzing engineering designs and assessing how design changes impact maintenance and repair requirements by following established procedures and techniques to develop detailed procedure instructions. With a critical mindset, this person will review elements to determine how they will be supported and maintained in the field, anticipating potential challenges. A solid understanding of systems and components is essential as they produce a Product Support Analysis Plan (PSAP), outlining how to execute the Statement of Work (SOW) in compliance with military and DoD standards. This role involves participating in organizational activities such as project management reviews, team meetings, and logistics group discussions. They will develop main task analyses, produce support equipment recommendations, and maintain an inventory of necessary equipment. Additionally, they perform level of repair analyses to determine the most economical approach to part failures, deciding whether to remove or replace parts based on cost-benefit considerations, and whether to source from vendors or utilize in-house capabilities.
Compensation:
$29/hr to $35/hr.

Analyst Level (No bachelors in STEM)- exp with hands on engineering, contracts, and hefty background in a couple of the disciplines, and military exp
Engineer Level (Bach in STEM)- junior, exp with 1-2 years of experience with hands-on aerospace/mechanical/electrical engineer exp
