Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Material Clerk to join a large company in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves performing a mix of clerical, administrative, and inventory-related tasks to support the IT department within the company. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, processing material requests, maintaining records, creating reports, and handling data entry. The role also requires inspecting and organizing materials, expediting supplies, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Additionally, the position involves general administrative duties, such as answering calls, handling mail, and maintaining department supplies. Collaboration with internal teams and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- 1+ year of experience within an inventory management/coordinator type role
- Experience with inventory management software
Proficiency with computer applications, specifically MS Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Familiarity with IT hardware and software
Familiarity with inventory processes and supply chain operations
