Insight Global is seeking two IT Project Managers to support a client’s PMO on a mix of enterprise and mid-size initiatives. These individuals will be responsible for owning multiple concurrent projects, driving execution from kickoff through delivery, and ensuring alignment with PMO standards around scope, schedule, budget, and governance.
This role is highly process- and documentation-driven and requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident leading teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Project Breakdown:
• PM #1:
○ ~70%: Joint Use Pole (JUPA) initiative
○ ~20%: Night Hawk (short-term ~3-month effort)
○ ~10%: Hardware refresh projects
• PM #2:
○ Portfolio of smaller, grouped projects
○ Support desktop / infrastructure initiatives (e.g., PLS Gris, ADMS, hardware-related efforts)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Build and maintain detailed project plans in MS Project (dependencies, milestones, critical path, resource allocation)
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and financials, including forecasting and budget tracking
• Lead weekly project meetings, drive accountability, and ensure progress against milestones
• Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders on status, KPIs, and risks
• Drive issue resolution and escalation, knowing when and how to push teams to stay on track
• Maintain strong project documentation and adherence to PMO processes
• Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Build relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes through strong communication and leadership

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications:
• 5–10+ years of IT Project Management experience in complex environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (critical path, dependencies, resource planning)
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and KPIs
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance accountability with collaboration
• Strong communication skills and ability to proactively engage stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with strong documentation habits
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP or enterprise systems
• Background supporting infrastructure, desktop, or utility-related projects
Experience working with data-driven decision making
