Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join the telecommunications team for the largest Oklahoma-owned health systems in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and are open 24/7- This role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays as needed. Other responsibilities include:
• Answer phones and route the calls to the appropriate recipient.
• Having great attendance and punctuality is a must.
Compensation:
$18/hr to $20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
