$80k - $90k (estimate)

Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the pacemaker clinic and device management program.
Lead and mentor a team of cardiac device specialists and support staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor device performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate follow-up care.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in cardiac device management (pacemakers, ICDs, etc.).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Clinical background as RN, EP tech, or similar preferred.
