We are looking for a Tier 2 Avaya Telecom Technician to join one of our clients supporting the FAA in OKC. This person will be working in the operations floor or their NOC taking tickets within their Remedy Helix system that have been escalated to tier 2 level. This could include supporting a customer or helping out the field technicians on providing a higher level of remote support to assist with their Avaya IP phones within their Unified communication systems. This resource may also assist on special project needs. This resource needs to have high level experience supporting Avaya Call Manager, Systems Manager, and Contact Center. They need to be skilled in building, delivering, and installing Avaya IP phones.
Compensation: $36/hr to $38.46/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
