Job Description

Quality Manager – Summary
As a Quality Manager, you’ll lead efforts to ensure construction projects meet high standards. You’ll work closely with project teams to plan, inspect, and improve quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Review project documents for accuracy and train others to do the same.
• Create and manage a project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Coordinate inspections and work with third-party inspectors.
• Lead and participate in quality-related meetings.
• Monitor construction work for quality and document issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet expectations.
• Analyze construction documents to identify critical quality elements.

• Safety and building codes.
• Quality management tools and software.
• Continuous improvement and career development.

• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
