Quality Engineer – Data Center Construction
The Quality Engineer provides hands‑on quality oversight across all phases of data center construction. This role ensures that work is executed according to design, specifications, and client expectations while maintaining rigorous documentation and audit standards.
Core duties:
Maintain and control technical documentation and quality records.
Research specifications and verify field work aligns with design intent.
Track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
Ensure full compliance with client quality requirements and reporting standards.
Review and validate TSQMP deliverables across all trades.
Conduct ACC platform audits and support teams in maintaining accurate documentation.
Lead nonconformance analysis, root‑cause investigations, and corrective action follow‑through.
Partner with construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
