Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a qualified Sr. Product Manager in support of one of are large federal clients at Tinker AFB. This candidate will be supporting and ensuring the operational readiness and strategic effectiveness of Fleet Air Reconnaissance SEVEN (VQ-7), SCW-1 N7, SCW-1 FIT, and the TACAMO Weapons School by leading training pipeline management, optimizing aircrew production, and supporting critical command and control communications for national defense. This person will serve as the principal advisor for all training pipeline and manpower issues, overseeing the development, analysis, and management of training programs, manpower documentation, and production data to ensure effective aircrew readiness and resource allocation. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
• Advise leadership on TACAMO aircrew manning, training requirements, and policy implementation.
• Maintain and draft correspondence and documents related to Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP) and Planned Production Factors (PPF).
• Analyze manpower studies, training requirements, and impacts to acquisition and modernization programs.
• Manage and assess student production data using NITRAS/CeTARS and other Navy databases.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate student movement through the training pipeline.
• Participate in executive advisory boards and leadership committees.
• Support classified information management and ensure compliance with DoD and Navy standards.
Compensation: $50.48/hr. to $52.88/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 10 years of consecutive experience in the NC3 TACAMO community.
• Proficiency with NITRAS/CeTARS, PPF, NAPP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility for access to classified information per DoD and Navy regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• (Desired) Experience with Microsoft Access, Power BI, senior leadership roles, and an associate degree or higher.
