Job Description

Lead a distributed QA team using Kanban methodology to manage delivery execution, reporting, and continuous improvement across multiple product lines.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 10+ years of experience in QA delivery and Agile project management
• Proven experience managing QA delivery teams using Agile/Kanban methodologies
• Strong reporting and metrics tracking skills (e.g., burndown charts, WIP monitoring)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with OAuth2, entitlement-aware systems, and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities:
• Lead QA delivery strategy and execution across distributed teams
• Manage iterative delivery cycles and backlog prioritization
• Provide weekly progress reports and facilitate quarterly business reviews
• Act as the escalation point for delivery issues
• Drive Agile coaching, service evaluation, and documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• Experience with offshore team coordination
• Exposure to SDK environments (React, Flutter, Swift)
• Background in Agile coaching and process improvement
