Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Inspector to join an engineering and construction services company located in Atoka, OK. This project is constructing pumpstations along a line from the Konawa reservoir to Oklahoma City. There will be a team of 3-4 Inspectors all under the Construction Managers. Working under the local Construction Manager, you will perform construction inspections of basic to moderate complexity. Evaluates the condition of the structure. Documents deterioration, structural condition, and any needed sampling. Documents deficiencies between design and execution of construction. Performs other duties as required. Upon discovery of deficiencies or issues they would need to be reported to the construction manager as soon as possible.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School diploma or Vocational Technical degree or equivalent & 10+ years of construction inspection experience
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
-Advanced knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction.
-Ability to read, understand, interpret and explain construction plans and drawings, contract provisions, and specifications.
-Advanced knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in construction.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Underground utility construction experience
-Waste water/ water utilities
-Pump Station Construction Experience
-Certifications like: ACI, NICET, CWI
