Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a Fortune 1000 manufacturing organization in the Cleveland, OH area. This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning infrastructure, security, and facilities. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects (3+), including infrastructure upgrades, security initiatives, IAM enhancements, ERP implementations, application migrations, and facility relocations.
• Drive project execution using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, selecting the appropriate approach based on scope, risk, and stakeholder needs.
• Partner closely with IT, security, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resource allocation using PPM tools such as Planview.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management (IAM), security threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates and presentations to executive leadership, translating technical details into business-impact-focused messaging.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• PMP certification
• Experience managing infrastructure, security, & facility projects
• Knowledge of IAM, threats, vulnerabilities
• Strong experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies
• Experience with PPM tools such as Planview
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred
