Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce across a global organization spanning 3 divisions and 14 business units. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring successful adoption across diverse teams and geographies. This role requires a strong balance of technical Salesforce program leadership, project management rigor, and executive‑level communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global Salesforce implementation from planning through deployment and post‑launch support across multiple divisions and business units
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce administrators, developers, and third‑party vendors
- Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate to ensure efficient and predictable delivery
- Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication strategies, training coordination, and adoption planning
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives
- Create and deliver clear, concise presentations and status updates to executive leadership
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability needs, and Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• PMP certification
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations, preferably for global & enterprise level companies
• Strong experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies
• Change Management experience
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
