An employer in the Cincinnati, OH is seeking a medical assistant for a contract opportunity, this could be direct placement for a great candidate. This candidate will be working the floor in a family practice doctors office, they will work 1 on 1 with an MD or NP rooming patents, taking vitals (manually) giving injections and vaccines, and administrative work such as checking the clinical inbox and follow up with patients charts. This office sees 300-350 patients a day and gets 250-300 calls a day. Patients are seen every 15 minutes so it is a very fast paced environment!
Schedule:
Hours can vary between 7:30am-5:30pm
* 1 closing night a week till 6pm
* Rotating Mondays 6:30pm (1 every 10 weeks)
* Rotating Saturdays from 7:30-12:30pm (1 every 6 weeks)
* Phones = 7:30
* Rooming doc = 9
