Job Title: Systems Engineer (Open to Entry-Level to Senior-Level)
Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Summary:
Join our team to design electrical systems for aircraft. As a Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to the design of generators, power converters, starter generators, motors, motor controllers, and batteries. You will analyze requirements, decompose them into system requirements, and perform testing in the lab. With time and experience, you will be trained to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee system design.
Responsibilities:
•Analyze customer requirements and decompose them into system requirements.
•Participate in the design and verification of electrical systems for aircraft.
•Perform tests with equipment and write verification cases.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably with aircraft or electrical vehicles.
Experience with electrical systems.
Knowledge of aerospace standards (ARP4754, ARP4764).
Experience with requirements management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is a plus.
