The Electrical Systems Engineer II will lead the design, development, and testing of electrical power systems for aircraft, ensuring projects meet safety, regulatory standards, and customer needs. Based in Twinsburg, Ohio, this role involves managing and guiding engineering teams, coordinating cross-functional communication, mentoring staff, solving complex engineering challenges, overseeing testing procedures, and mitigating technical risks. The engineer will serve as the main technical contact for stakeholders and customers, occasionally travel (<10%), and adhere to safe work practices while contributing to the health, safety, and environmental program. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
10+ years in aerospace engineering or other highly regulated industry
Familiar with regulated processes ARP4754A, RTCA/DO-254, RTCA/DO-178C and
Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements FAA, EASA
Experience overseeing the design and certification of aerospace components (ISO, TSOA, PMA, STC, TC)
Experience with client facing roles taking in requirements and signing off
model based systems engineering
