Required Skills & Experience

• Must have experience analyzing, mapping, and transforming data with EDI formats such as ANSI X12, cXML, EDIFACT
• Highly prefer candidate to have knowledge with IBM B2B Sterling Integrator (formerly known as Gentran Integration Suite) for EDI integrations and mapping
• Nice to have a working knowledge of and experience with SAP Ariba integrations
• The primary connection types we use are HTTP(s), AS2, VAN, SFTP
• The document types that we typically support are 850, 855, 856, 810 & 997s
• Monitor & resolve problems related to daily EDI / Punch-out processes
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain documentation on EDI production systems (includes disaster recovery processing)
• Work directly with trading partners and Swagelok Global Sales and Service Centers (SSCs) to resolve production issues.
• Assist EDI / Punchout Specialist as needed
• Have Basic Project Management Skills.
• Must apply “forward thinking” skills to their daily job activities.
• Develop innovative services, technologies, processes, systems, or products that address current and future customer problems or needs
• Makes recommendations to support broad company objectives that aligns to the company strategy
• Participates / coordinates discussions related to business, industry / technical topics, and the associated impacts on Swagelok
• Leverages creativity / innovation, deep knowledge of past experiences and internal and external expertise to develop breakthrough improvements with Swagelok focused impact
• Influences organization-wide change motivates and engages others to adept and embrace changes
• Builds and leverages strategic relationships with key influences across Swagelok
