Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Asset Management Administrator for one of our largest clients in Solon, Ohio! As an Asset Management Administrator, you will be handling mass renewals (around 25/month) within the IT organization that need to be processed. You will be creating work tickets in ServiceNow, which will then be sent to the Business Manager which aligns with specific software. You will be responsible for carrying through the entirely of the process, reviewing contracts that align with increases, decreases, etc. in license or decommissioning. You will be determining how to proceed and request quotes from vendors all while building/maintaining relationships.
